Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure seamless operations. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will contribute significantly to maintaining our records with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and possesses strong organizational skills to support office management and administrative functions. Duties Enter data into company databases, including QuickBooks and Google Workspace applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to facilitate quick retrieval of information Proofread documents for errors before submission, ensuring high-quality data entry standards Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members and executives Assist with office management tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies Provide customer support via phone or email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience working with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or as a personal assistant is advantageous Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed are essential Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Join us in a role that values precision, efficiency, and exceptional support!
