Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of essential information. Your proactive approach and strong computer skills will support our office operations, enhance data accuracy, and streamline administrative workflows. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are valued. Responsibilities Enter, verify, and update data using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized data management tools like QuickBooks. Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to facilitate quick retrieval of information. Proofread documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and formatting consistency before submission. Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette while providing excellent customer support and support to internal teams. Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling incoming calls with professionalism. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for staff or clients. Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing reports to support daily operations. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and familiarity with data entry software like QuickBooks. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; strong proofreading skills. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette. Bilingual skills are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse clients or team members. Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with office management tools is beneficial. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$28.14 - $33.07 per hour
