3-months Pay rate: $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
Check-in, check-out participants at the office; there is a small percentage, up to 10%, which may be done in the field Lead moderated 1 on 1 sessions with participants as they conduct activities, that may include being recorded on video and/or wearing smart wearable devices Download, validate and upload related data files; review and audit data files against documented quality standards Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices; Raise device problems or reported issues to the designated Lead Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team Attend related trainings, status meetings, and team meetings
Qualifications:
Customer service experience Able to follow detailed technical documentation & instructions Google Office Suite experience, especially Sheets & Docs Experience with smart wearable technologies and devices Experience with video recording equipment and editing software Strong communications skills Very dependable and detail oriented
