Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to support our Coating Department by collecting, maintaining, and reporting critical production and operational data. What You'll Do ? Collect and compile production, quality, downtime, and operational data ? Enter and maintain accurate information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems ? Review source documents for accuracy and completeness ? Generate routine reports and support KPI tracking and trend analysis ? Walk the production floor to gather information directly from operations teams ? Assist with special projects and other data-related initiatives What We're Looking For ? 1-3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, reporting, or manufacturing documentation ? Strong Microsoft Excel skills ? Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy ? Ability to manage multiple priorities independently ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications ? Experience working with manufacturing or production data ? Familiarity with ERP, MES, SAP, Oracle, or other production tracking systems ? Associate Degree or higher Why Join Us?- Stable full-time opportunity
