Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Clerk for a contract opportunity in West Henrietta, NY. This role supports the preparation, organization, and assembly of quarterly client statement packages in a fast-paced administrative and document processing environment. The Document Clerk will be part of a production-focused office support team where accuracy, organization, and dependability are essential. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative support, mailroom, data entry, document processing, or office services experience who enjoy structured work, clear procedures, and contributing to timely client deliverables. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, hands-on training with office equipment and document workflows, and the chance to build experience in a professional administrative operations setting. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble quarterly client statement packages according to client numbers, mailing instructions, and production requirements.
- Organize and prepare documents such as tax notices, W-2 forms, 1099 forms, reports, and related client materials.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper order before shipment.
- Operate office equipment including mail meters, label printers, shipping computers, and related tools.
- Prepare packages for delivery while meeting quality standards and production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while following established procedures. Compensation and Benefits
