Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure seamless operations and data integrity. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help support our office functions, enhance customer service, and streamline administrative processes. Responsibilities Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is complete and error-free Manage filing systems both digitally using Google Workspace and physically to maintain organized records Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette while directing calls or providing customer support Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before distribution or filing Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Qualifications Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting, including data entry and filing responsibilities Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic office management tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs Experience with front desk operations, medical or dental receptionist duties, or personal assistant roles is advantageous Knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems is essential for managing incoming calls professionally Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and basic office management practices is preferred Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Join us in this vital role where your attention to detail and proactive attitude will make a significant impact!
