SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a talented, dependable, and detail-oriented Settlement Processor to join our Settlement Department. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong accuracy in data handling, and is comfortable working evening hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform and oversee account reconciliations with a high level of accuracy Execute end-of-day route processing and ensure timely completion Manage high-volume data entry while maintaining attention to detail Utilize SAP systems (preferred, but not required) Participate in training and ongoing development to support departmental needs

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy and efficiency Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and system navigation Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify discrepancies Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Effective communication skills

HOURS REQUIRED 4
