Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in our company's database systems, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of critical information.

Enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracyVerify and cross-reference data to maintain data quality and consistencyReview and update existing data in the system to ensure information is currentScan and upload documents into the digital filing systemPerform regular data backups to secure digital informationGenerate and distribute reports as requested by managementRespond to data-related inquiries from internal departmentsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationConduct quality assurance checks to identify and correct data entry errors before final submissionOrganize and maintain database records to ensure optimal system performance and accessibilityCollaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and improve data management processesMeet established deadlines and productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy standardsAssist with other administrative tasks as neededQualificationsProficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelFast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 50 words per minuteStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracyExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyGood verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer skills and ability to learn new software quicklyHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of data entry experience preferredAbility to sit for extended periods and maintain focus on repetitive tasksStrong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
