Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a part-time Contract position expected to run for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The person in this role will help keep critical records accurate and organized by entering and maintaining information in spreadsheets and related systems. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is dependable, responsive, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter information into spreadsheets and designated systems with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Review data for completeness, verify details, and correct formatting or entry issues when identified.
  • Update existing records to ensure information remains current, organized, and easy to reference.
  • Compare entries across sources to identify discrepancies, missing fields, or conflicting information.
  • Flag unresolved data issues to the appropriate team members for follow-up and resolution.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to manage, sort, and maintain structured data efficiently.
  • Prioritize daily entry tasks effectively while adapting to shifting workload demands in an onsite setting.
