Data Entry Specialist (Legal Support)

Pay Rate:
$21.64/hour Data Entry Specialist role located in Columbus, OH, offered as a 6-month W2 contract at $21.64/hour, working onsite in the office 5 days per week. The position supports a corporate Legal team by performing high-volume data entry and document processing to assist paralegals. Responsibilities include reviewing correspondence and legal documents to understand their general content, searching multiple databases (CRM and other systems) to identify and match the appropriate case/matter files, filing documents in a document management system, and tracking and organizing large volumes of documents to keep files accurate and easy to retrieve. Qualifications include a high school diploma or Associate's degree, familiarity with basic litigation concepts (such as party names, legal venues, defense counsel, and opposing counsel), and experience working with legal documents or the ability to quickly learn and understand a variety of document types in a legal setting. Intermediate to expert proficiency is needed in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with intermediate to expert data entry/typing skills. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is self-motivated, able to multitask, comfortable with computers, able to work with minimal supervision, capable of handling repetitive high-volume work, and able to work effectively in a professional office environment. Experience working with legal departments is a strong plus. #INDGEN #ZR
