Due to increased business levels and workload demands, we are looking for an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. 00 per Hour Position Summary The successful candidate will possess strong typing and computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. This position plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of our Parts Department. Responsibilities Assist employees with parts inquiries Process customer orders and invoices Enter and maintain accurate parts and inventory data Track and manage parts inventory records Assist with receiving and stocking parts shipments Maintain organized records and files Provide administrative support to the Parts Department as needed Qualifications Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred Automotive parts knowledge is a plus, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay of $20.00 per hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Plan available after 2 months of employment Internal Service & Parts discounts Promotion-from-within culture Stable, family-owned company with long-term career opportunities About Classic Auto Group The Classic Auto Group, based in Northeast Ohio, is ranked among the top dealership groups in the nation.
