Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong Microsoft Excel skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in reading, writing, and troubleshooting Excel formulas, and comfortable working with large datasets. While experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus, it is not required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions Develop and troubleshoot formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, PivotTables) Manage and organize large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency Generate reports and insights to support business decisions Ensure data integrity and consistency across spreadsheets Collaborate with internal teams to support data-related needs Learn and utilize internal Oracle systems (training provided)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, data analysis) Ability to read, understand, and create complex Excel formulas independently High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with large datasets

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a data-focused role Prior experience working extensively with Excel in a professional setting Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus but not required

Education & Experience:

Associate degree preferred, but not required Candidates without a degree will be considered if they demonstrate strong hands-on Excel experience

Additional Information:

Training will be provided for Oracle systems This role is ideal for someone who is already confident in Excel and enjoys working with data TA01

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
