We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Intake Specialist. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the intake process and ensuring accurate and timely data entry for new clients.Duties:
- Gather important information from new and prospective clients while being sympathetic and understanding
- Obtain crash reports
- Accurately input data into a case management system
- Assemble new client files
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Clerical skills including filing, scanning, faxing and photocopying
- Strong customer service skills mandatory This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a legal setting.
