Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, focused and detail-oriented Documents Coordinator to join our team. As a Documents Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the review, organization, and input of meal program data. You will also be responsible for filing and tracking certain data points. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our documentation processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.
Duties:
  • Implement document process in accordance with program policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain an organized filing system for all pertinent documents
  • Oversee the documentation lifecycle, from creation to archiving
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information for documentation purposes
  • Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency, and compliance with company and program standards
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
  • Monitor and enforce document control processes to maintain data integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in document management systems
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Documentation Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of file and document management systems
  • Proficient in using administrative tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in technical writing and editing
  • Familiarity with records management principles and practices
