Data Entry Associate

Approximately 20-25 hours per week Initial term: Approximately 3 months, with potential to extend based on need Role Summary Company is building out its Revenue Operations function and needs a detail-oriented data entry associate to support the forecasting cycle. This person will enter and maintain forecast and pipeline data across Airtable, Excel, and Smartsheet, working directly with the Revenue Operations team to keep the forecast accurate, current, and ready to roll into the company's financial plan. This is a hands-on, high-accuracy role for someone who is fast and meticulous with structured data and comfortable working in spreadsheets and database tools every day.

Note:

Company is actively refining its forecasting systems and tooling. The primary system of record may shift between Airtable and Excel during this engagement, so comfort adapting to changing tools and data structures is important. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain forecast and pipeline data across Airtable, Excel, and Smartsheet. Keep records accurate, consistent, and current throughout the weekly forecasting cadence. Partner with the Revenue Operations team and the CRO to capture forecast inputs and reflect changes quickly. Flag data discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies for the team to resolve. Support data restructuring or migration if the forecasting system changes during the engagement. Maintain data hygiene so the output is clean enough to feed the final plan delivered to Finance. Required Qualifications Proficiency in Airtable, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy. Ability to work efficiently with structured, repetitive data without losing precision. Reliable, responsive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Available to start on short notice. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation). Experience using Claude or other AI tools to speed up data work. Prior exposure to revenue operations, sales operations, finance, or forecasting data. Experience adapting to or migrating between data systems.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
