Health, Dental, Vision Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining critical client and transaction information, supporting our operations, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, databases, and files. Process title documents, client information, and transaction details with high attention to detail. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Generate, format, and update reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Outlook, etc.). Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access and retrieval. Communicate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate information flow. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support preferred (experience in a title company or real estate industry a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
