Tulsa, OK Data Entry Clerk / Order Processing Coordinator•Must-Have Requirements Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to read, interpret, and respond to customer emails professionally Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to multitask and stay organized High School Diploma or GED preferred Data Entry Clerk / Order Processing Coordinator•Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Order Processing Coordinator to support daily customer order entry and administrative operations. This role is responsible for monitoring incoming customer emails, reviewing order requests, and accurately creating orders within the company system. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computers throughout the day. Data Entry Clerk / Order Processing Coordinator•Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor customer email inboxes throughout the shift Read and interpret customer order requests Create and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Enter data into company systems with a high level of accuracy Respond to customer emails in a professional manner Verify order information and resolve discrepancies as needed Maintain organized electronic records and documentation Communicate with internal departments regarding order status and requirements Ensure all customer requests are processed in a timely manner Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned Data Entry Clerk / Order Processing Coordinator•Additional Qualifications Previous data entry, customer service, administrative, or order processing experience preferred Strong typing and keyboarding skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other computer applications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Experience handling customer correspondence is a plus #
