Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a short-term Contract assignment in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with high-volume financial data and can maintain accuracy while meeting daily deadlines. The position will focus on entering deposit and check information into QuickBooks and ensuring records are updated correctly throughout the two-week engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter deposit and check details into QuickBooks with a high level of accuracy
  • Review financial entries for completeness and correct discrepancies when identified
  • Maintain organized electronic records to support efficient tracking and retrieval of information
  • Process numeric data quickly and carefully while following established data entry standards
  • Verify entered information against source documents to reduce errors and maintain data integrity
  • Support short-term administrative tasks related to financial record updates as needed
