Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to manage confidential member records with precision and efficiency. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining sensitive data within various databases and systems. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong computer skills will ensure the integrity of member information, supporting the overall operational excellence of our organization. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Duties:
Enter and update member records into secure databases with speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is complete and correct Verify data entries against source documents, correcting discrepancies promptly Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of confidential records Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, to analyze data trends and support decision-making Assist in data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources and ensuring consistency across platforms Operate various equipment/programs but not limited to KDI, Salesforce and RJE Coordinate with staff and other management to resolve members' issues and clerical duties related to member records management Professional telephone etiquette, answer phones, take messages, make outgoing calls to members and knowledge of switchboard operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to pay attention to detail and follow procedures Computer skills - working in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Google Suite Minimum of 30 WPM Proficient problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Must pass a comprehensive background check Must work 5-day work schedule
Pay:
Up to $24.77 per hour
