RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately enter and maintain customer, supplier, material, pricing, inventory, and order-related data in SAP. Create and update sales orders, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and master data records. Verify data accuracy and completeness by reviewing source documents and resolving discrepancies. Support import/export and logistics operations by entering shipment and transportation information into SAP. Process and maintain records related to chemical products, customer orders, and supplier transactions. Assist with inventory reconciliation and ensure data consistency between SAP and supporting documentation. Generate reports and perform data validation checks to support business operations. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate transaction processing. Maintain electronic records and filing systems in accordance with company procedures. Support data cleanup, migration, and system update projects as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform other administrative and data management tasks as assigned. 3-months Remote Data Entry AssociateQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of data entry, order processing, or administrative experience. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is required. Experience in chemical distribution, trading companies, manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain environments is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines This position includes manufacturing and office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
