Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Entry Associate for a 6-month contract opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. This temporary role is ideal for an administrative professional with prior experience entering, reviewing, and classifying data related to contracts or agreements. The Contract Data Entry Associate will support contract and agreement processing activities by accurately entering information into a new system, validating uploaded records, and ensuring data is complete and properly categorized. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, clear procedures, accuracy-focused tasks, and contributing to an important system implementation project. This position offers a professional, process-driven environment where attention to detail, consistency, and strong organizational skills are valued. The role also includes one work-from-home day, providing some schedule flexibility while maintaining collaboration with the team. Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter contract and agreement data from source documents into designated systems.
Review, verify, and correct data entered from electronic or hard-copy documents.
Identify and classify contract or agreement types correctly for upload into a new tool.
Perform detailed review and validation of uploaded contract data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Follow standard operating procedures, established instructions, and pre-defined guidelines.
Maintain organized records while supporting timely and accurate contract data processing. Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $20 to $25 per hour.
