In this temporary, hybrid role, you support a critical system transition by collecting, organizing, and accurately entering household data that helps partner pantries serve neighbors effectively. You manage intake records from partner locations, enter and review data in the Service Insights platform, communicate to resolve missing information, and protect confidential records throughout the process. Success in the first 6-12 months includes producing dependable, accurate records at a steady pace, maintaining clear communication with partner sites, and supporting a smooth transition to the new cloud-based platform. Day in the Life Data Entry, Accuracy, and Information Handling Accurately enter household data into the cloud-based intake system to ensure records remain reliable and usable. Review and proofread data for accuracy and completeness while handling sensitive information confidentially. Communicate with pantry partners to clarify incomplete or unclear information. Field Collection and Record Preparation Travel to assigned partner pantry locations to collect completed household intake forms. Organize and manage intake paperwork so records are accessible and ready for accurate entry. Required Qualifications How You Have Spent Your Time High school diploma or GED. Proficiency with web-based systems and computer-based data entry. Ability to read handwritten documents and review work for accuracy and completeness. Ability to organize records, manage information from multiple sources, and communicate clearly. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and willingness to travel frequently. Preferred Qualifications How You Have Spent Your Time Experience with cloud-based intake, case management, or client records systems. Experience working with confidential household or service records. Familiarity with community-based services, food assistance programs, or partner site operations. Safety Sensitive Designation This position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law. Employees in safety sensitive roles perform duties where even a momentary lapse in concentration could result in injury, environmental harm, or risk to others. The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is not permitted to hire applicants who hold a medical marijuana card for safety sensitive positions in compliance with state law. Physical & Environmental Expectations Work involves extended periods in stationary positions in office, field, or vehicle settings; operating a vehicle safely; handling and moving materials up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently; maintaining focus and auditory awareness; and following safety protocols including required PPE. Work is primarily performed in an environmentally controlled office setting with regular travel up to 50 percent and occasional work outside regular schedules based on business needs.
