Description:
Role is great for a recent graduate who is accustomed to research activities and data entry. While the role has redundant tasks of data entry, it requires great attention to detail. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid Excel and Access skills. Dependable to complete the project through its entirety. Role supports the Advanced Placement Credit Policy (APCP) Data Collection Ops activities, such as: Update the APCP Survey data for BigFuture & AP Student site Data entry and validation of APCP from institutional sites APCP Grids for State Legislatures Research and update the organization's contact information; track changes
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
APCP Data Update and Validation Research and update the institution's contact (POC, email, URL) for policy validation; track changes Research institution's credit policy for each of the AP exams via web research, email, and outbound phone calls Generate APCP grids for State Legislatures of Public and Private institutions
Minimum Qualification:
Attention to detail Accurate typing/data entry Web research Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time and task management skills Project management skills to develop a schedule to support SDP and AP Program needs
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Office tools, proficiency in MS Excel, experience with Pivot tables/charts strongly desired Experience with MS Access and/or Point preferred
Education/Certifications:
