Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic office team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure seamless operations. Your organizational skills and proficiency with office software will contribute significantly to maintaining the integrity of our records. Responsibilities Enter and update data into company databases with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy at all times Manage and organize electronic and physical filing systems to facilitate quick retrieval of information Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Assist front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems professionally, directing calls, and providing excellent customer service Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members or executives Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting before submission or filing Provide general administrative support including data entry, photocopying, filing, and handling incoming correspondence Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Experience working at a front desk or medical/dental receptionist role is advantageous Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse client needs Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support best practices Previous experience with office management or personal assistant tasks is beneficial Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Join us as a Data Entry Clerk and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence! Pay:
$23.78 - $28.64 per hour
