Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support E-Verify case processing for a Contract, part-time opportunity based in San Francisco, California. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who works well independently, manages repetitive tasks with precision, and can stay productive in a high-volume environment. The position offers flexibility during the Monday through Friday workweek, with availability required during Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Enter E-Verify case information with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining steady daily output
• Review submitted details carefully to ensure records are complete and aligned with required documentation standards
• Process a consistent volume of cases efficiently, working toward established turnaround expectations
• Track open case activity and complete follow-up actions needed to keep records current
• Maintain organized workflows in a remote setting while balancing speed with data quality
• Apply E-Verify procedures correctly to support compliant and timely case handling Requirements
• Previous hands-on experience working with E-Verify/I=9 Compliance is required
• Strong accuracy skills with close attention to detail in data entry tasks
• Ability to work independently and remain organized in a fully remote environment
• Experience handling high-volume administrative or data processing work
• Proficiency in typing and computer-based data entry
