Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a high-volume claims processing initiative for a Long-term Contract position based in Newport Beach, California. This role is ideal for someone who works accurately in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling repetitive numeric entry with consistency. The position begins Tuesday morning, includes training aligned to West Coast hours, and transitions to the employee's regular local schedule afterward.

Responsibilities:

• Enter large volumes of numeric claim information into internal systems with speed and precision.
• Process an expected daily workload of approximately 400 claims while maintaining accuracy standards.
• Review entered data for completeness and correct errors before final submission.
• Follow established procedures to keep records organized and updated throughout the project.
• Manage repetitive data tasks efficiently while meeting productivity expectations in a remote work setting.
• Use computer-based tools and data entry platforms to support ongoing claims operations.
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions scheduled in Pacific Time before moving to the assigned local work hours.
