Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator 2 to join our team on a Contract basis in Augusta. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, indexing, and managing electronic records. The position requires a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and customer service while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
Scan and index documents into electronic records, maintaining proper organization and accessibility.
Manage customer service inquiries, providing timely and thorough responses.
Attach files to electronic records and print certificates as needed.
Open and sort incoming mail, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently.
Process online orders for certificates and other application requests.
Enter daily metrics into tracking logs to maintain accurate records.
Identify and address issues independently, taking initiative to resolve problems.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with procedures. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in performing data entry and managing electronic records.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when identifying and resolving issues.
Experience with scanning, indexing, and document management systems.
Familiarity with basic office functions such as sorting mail and printing documents.
Willingness to adhere to onsite work requirements for the first six months, followed by a hybrid schedule.
