Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator 2 to join our team on a Contract basis in Augusta. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, indexing, and managing electronic records. The position requires a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and customer service while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Scan and index documents into electronic records, maintaining proper organization and accessibility.
- Manage customer service inquiries, providing timely and thorough responses.
- Attach files to electronic records and print certificates as needed.
- Open and sort incoming mail, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently.
- Process online orders for certificates and other application requests.
- Enter daily metrics into tracking logs to maintain accurate records.
- Identify and address issues independently, taking initiative to resolve problems.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with procedures. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in performing data entry and managing electronic records.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience with scanning, indexing, and document management systems.
- Familiarity with basic office functions such as sorting mail and printing documents.
- Willingness to adhere to onsite work requirements for the first six months, followed by a hybrid schedule.
