7+ Months Contract About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Advocate Team Support Specialist to support retirement plan administration and customer service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate processing of employer-submitted data and maintaining high service standards for a large member base. This position will begin with 100% on-site training (6-8 weeks). Following training, a hybrid work schedule may be considered; however, this role is not fully remote. Key Responsibilities Review and process employer-submitted information for accuracy and completeness Communicate with customers primarily via email, with occasional phone interaction Process annual employer reporting submissions, including: Certified salaries Payroll calendars Employer contact updates Maintain data integrity within internal systems Support Advocate Teams in meeting service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written communication skills Ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently Basic proficiency with office tools and data systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Work Environment Office-based role in downtown Indianapolis Collaborative team setting focused on customer service and operational excellence
