  • Pay Rate:
  • $15.00
  • $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations in a fast-paced logistics/warehouse environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate shipment records, providing customer support, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate data records with shipment details
  • Perform data entry and document processing
  • Scan and manage documents (data imaging)
  • Provide customer service and phone support
  • Fax, copy, and file documents
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent systems
  • Ability to recognize and interpret U.S. Customs and shipping documents
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment while maintaining professionalism, patience, and composure
  • Experience Requirements
  • Experience in an industrial, trucking, or distribution environment required
  • Imports/Exports experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED (verification required)
  • Work Environment
  • In-house position (not remote)
  • Fast-paced logistics/warehouse office setting
