Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update customer contact information, quote details, policy records, and account notes in agency systems Record incoming information from phone, email, and contact form activity Maintain accurate internal logs for follow-up items, renewals, billing notes, and document receipt Review records for missing fields, duplicate entries, and basic formatting errors Keep spreadsheets and shared tracking tools current and organized
