Full-Time, Temporary Job Description:
We are seeking two organized and detail-oriented Temporary Warranty Department Associates to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Jacksonville, FL , offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment. As a member of our Warranty Department, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by handling data entry, processing warranty claims, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and track warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner Enter and manage data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy Assist with documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as needed Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding claim statuses Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned by the Warranty team
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in one or more of the following areas: Warranty processing Accounts Payable (AP) Data entry or general clerical/administrative work Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional Information:
This is an on-site role; remote work is not available Temporary assignment, with full-time hours (Monday-Friday) Start date: ASAP
