Order Entry Specialist I Full-Time Position Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Robert's Precut Vegetables is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist I to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and production schedules remain up to date. The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately into company database systems.
- Process orders received by phone, email, and written documentation.
- Verify customer information, item numbers, pricing, purchase order numbers, and delivery details.
- Maintain the accuracy of daily production and projection schedules.
- Update and manage existing customer and order information.
- Generate reports and assist management with administrative projects as needed.
- Organize, sort, and file paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Assist with general office duties and other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data entry.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management systems.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous order entry, data entry, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
