Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a temporary contract opportunity in Mount Pleasant, SC. This role is ideal for a dependable administrative professional with strong keyboarding accuracy, solid data entry skills, and the ability to work independently in a focused office support environment. The Data Entry Clerk will help an insurance office catch up on a backlog of reports by entering data, scanning documents, and filing records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured tasks, consistent part-time hours, and contributing to an organized, productive office operation. The work environment is professional and supportive, with clear expectations and a straightforward scope of work. Key Responsibilities
  • Enter reports and information accurately into internal systems.
  • Scan, organize, and file documents to support office recordkeeping.
  • Assist with reducing a backlog of administrative reports.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality when handling records.
  • Perform repetitive data entry tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Follow established processes and maintain consistent work hours week to week. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
  • Job Type:
    Contract/Temporary.
  • Estimated Duration:
    Approximately 3 months.
  • Schedule:
    25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Hours:
    8:00 a.m.
  • 3:00 p.m.
