In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support our office operations. Your proactive approach and exceptional computer skills will ensure seamless data flow, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our administrative processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about office management, clerical tasks, and delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment. Duties Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software such as QuickBooks with precision and speed Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of information Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before submission or filing Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and courteously Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic data entry for financial transactions and supporting records management Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management systems Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills will make a tangible impact!
