This role is critical to maintaining accurate purchasing data, ensuring materials are properly tracked, and supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Enter purchase orders, purchase requests, and vendor data into ERP system (e.g., Foundry) Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records Verify data for accuracy, pricing, and proper coding Track open purchase orders and delivery timelines Support receiving by ensuring goods are entered correctly into the system Assist with invoices, packing slips, and order confirmations Communicate discrepancies or missing information to the Purchasing team Generate reports for purchasing and inventory tracking Maintain organized digital and physical records What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred Experience in purchasing, procurement, or manufacturing is a plus ERP system experience (Foundry or similar) preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Work Environment Office setting within a manufacturing facility Frequent interaction with Purchasing, Receiving, and Production teams Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life Insurance & AD&D Long-Term Disability Paid Vacation and Holidays Stable manufacturing environment On-the-job training Additional Requirements Must have open availability Must reside within 1 hour of Pulaski, TN Must be able to work on-site (not remote) Why This Role Matters Your accuracy directly impacts purchasing, inventory levels, and production efficiency.
