POSITION TITLE
Data Entry Specialist SUMMARY:
The Data Entry Specialist supports the direct service program by entering client information into the date collection system. The Data Entry Specialist produces statistical reports as needed for reporting to grantors, donors and board of directors of The Bridge Children's Advocacy Center.
REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree or 60 hours of college credits. Two years' professional work experience. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
: Must be mission driven with unquestionable integrity. Must possess excellent computer skills and work effectively with many different constituencies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills and a collaborative approach is required. Analytical ability for accuracy in data collection. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter client information gathered during intake process Utilize multiple platforms for collection and storage of data Collaborate with other staff to assess processes to ensure quality efficiency of data collected. Assist with the client-intake procedure including making family comfortable while receiving services from The Bridge Children's Advocacy Center. Run data reports from the data storage system used in presentations and funding requests. Additional Responsibilities and Requirements Regularly report to the Support Services Supervisor. Effectively work with others in a team environment and maintain composure in high stress situations. Demonstrate professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills with clients, co-workers, and MDT members. Perform activities to support the mission of the organization and ensure advocacy in the communities served as directed by the Executive Director and/or Program Director. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license Must not have any criminal history
