$10.00 p/hr OTRDriver Tax Services Inc.- A trusted provider of small business startup services, incorporations, bookkeeping, certified payroll, trucking permits, and comprehensive tax solutions across all U.S. states. OTRDriver Tax Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site position plays a vital role in supporting our clients—ranging from small business owners to independent truckers—with accurate and timely bookkeeping and data management. You'll be responsible for setting up financial accounts, entering and organizing data in QuickBooks Accountant and Excel, and maintaining secure records for services including incorporation, payroll, trucking permits, and corporate and personal tax filings. QuickBooks training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain QuickBooks accounts for new and existing clients Accurately enter financial data from receipts, invoices, bank and credit card statements, and income reports Categorize transactions and reconcile records in Excel and QuickBooks Identify and process various document types (e.g., 1099s, statements, tax forms) Maintain organized records of completed work and client interactions Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email Provide general administrative support including scanning, printing, faxing, and filing Assist other departments as needed and perform additional office duties assigned by supervisor Qualifications Experience in QuickBooks (preferred but not required) Experience with MS Word and Excel Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
