INTERNATIONAL
TRADING, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into company databases and systems. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. Daily tasks include verifying information from various sources, correcting errors, and ensuring all data is consistent and up-to-date. You will routinely review and cross-reference documents, reports, and electronic files to guarantee accuracy and completeness. The role involves working with confidential information and adhering strictly to company policies regarding data security and privacy. Effective communication skills are important, as you will collaborate with team members across departments to resolve discrepancies and support data-related requests. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data management platforms or ERP systems is preferred. Success in this position requires the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and follow established procedures. You will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity while minimizing errors. Previous experience in a similar data entry or administrative role is advantageous.
