We are located in Dallas near the Garland area and you must be able to come into our office to work.
THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION!
Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Pay is $17.50 per hour.
What You'll Do Responsibilities:
Entering customer and account data from source documents within small time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting thru data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Interact with customers or other departments by phone or email to fulfill orders or provide information in response to inquiries regarding order entry. Ability to prioritize and organize independently and with little supervision. Answer inbound calls if needed and provide a high level of customer service. Process a variety of documents, place orders, create PO's, do shortage reports or reselections, and maintain complete and accurate records. Make sure orders are completed and fulfilled on time to avoid any delays in deliveries and communicate any delays and problems to the appropriate parties. Daily follow-up on all information received with missing information and update accounts accordingly.
Requirements Qualifications:
Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with various computer programs to include MS Office, Outlook, and Word. Deadline and detail oriented. Must have Strong Organizational skills. This is a faced paced position with lots of moving parts, so you must be organized. Good grammar and punctuation. Excellent typing and data entry experience. Ability to prioritize and multitask and work under time constraints. Be an independent worker and quick learner. Must possess great customer service skills. Be punctual and reliable. Great attitude and ability to get along well with others.
