Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Processor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, organizing, storing, managing and processing large volumes of data across several platforms. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will ensure data integrity and efficiency in our operations. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data from various sources (invoices, forms, records) into company databases, or spreadsheets with accuracy and speed Data validation: Checking input data for accuracy, completeness, and errors ensuring high-level security
Data Management:
Updating, retrieving, and organizing files Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and organize data sets, and generate reports that inform business strategies Conduct routine filing, data verification, and record-keeping to ensure all information is current and accessible Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, typing documents, and organizing digital or physical files Apply basic math skills for calculations related to data analysisRequirements Education:
High School diploma or higher Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in an office environment Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and data management software Familiarity with databases and data collection tools is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data processing, record-keeping and ability to handle confidential information Good typing speed and transcription skills for efficient documentation and excellent spelling skills Basic math knowledge for handling numerical data accurately Previous office experience involving filing, data collection, or administrative duties is preferred Join us as a Data Processor and become an essential part of a team dedicated to precision and operational excellence!
