Job Description
We are seeking an Entry‑Level Data Coordinator to support day‑to‑day data management, documentation, and internal reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured processes and systems. The Data Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible for internal teams.
In this position, you will handle routine data entry and data maintenance tasks while learning how information flows across systems and departments. The role requires a high level of accuracy, consistency, and follow‑through, as even small errors can impact reporting and downstream processes. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure records are complete and compliant with established procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheetsReview data for completeness and accuracy; identify and correct discrepanciesOrganize digital documents and follow standardized data and filing proceduresAssist with basic reporting and tracking using Excel and predefined templatesSupport data clean‑up, audits, and routine validation tasksCommunicate with internal team members to clarify missing or incomplete informationFollow data security and confidentiality guidelines at all times
