Job Description:
Staffing Now is currently working with our client, located near Downtown Fort Worth, who is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is fully onsite. Hours are M-TH from 8-5. Friday is 8-3 with full pay! Key Responsibilities Accurately enter purchase order data into company software systems Review and interpret purchase orders received in various vendor formats Verify data accuracy prior to submitting orders for processing Follow established internal procedures and workflows, both written and verbal Serve as a primary point of contact for distributors within the dealer network Respond promptly to inquiries and route communications appropriately Provide customer support including: order updates, freight assistance and quote preparation Qualifications Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to understand and process purchase orders efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional and confident communication style
