Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk will accurately verify information, input it into our Supplier Management System, and maintain our RFQ System. Roles & Responsibilities Follow directions from purchasing to fill out and keep up with SMS. Follow directions from purchasing to fill out and keep up with our RFQ System. Follow a schedule to keep purchasing aware of time frames to review vendors KPI's. Perform other duties as assigned. Demonstrate both the ability and desire to improve processes and reduce waste. Support the vision of Propell. Exhibit problem-solving, decision-making, job task planning, and organizational capabilities. Demonstrate knowledge of position responsibilities. Perform accurate data entry. Utilize computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks. Maintain a basic understanding of database structure. Follow oral and written instructions. Maintain cooperative working relationships and demonstrate respect for a diverse population. Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to ongoing training for success in the position. Utilize effective oral communication and numeracy skills. Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ensure strong attention to detail. Utilize effective time management skills and maintain punctuality. Display exceptional people skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Adhere to safety procedures. Exhibit strong housekeeping skills. Education & Experience 1-2 years of experience in a professional service environment Specific Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Effective verbal, written, listening, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Computer literacy - Proficient in MS Office Suite Stress and time management skills. Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. The ability to use a multi-line telephone system. Strong clerical and computer skills Safety and Joint OHS knowledge.
