Overview We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk and Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate data records, supporting administrative operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and a meticulous approach to data management. Duties Enter, update, and verify data across multiple databases and systems with precision and efficiency. Manage data collection processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information gathered from various sources. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents and records. Processing transactions accurately within company systems. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports that support decision-making. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and handling correspondence. Support office operations by assisting with administrative projects. Ensure data security by adhering to confidentiality protocols and maintaining data integrity standards. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve overall office efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of basic math principles for data analysis and order processing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior office experience demonstrating familiarity with filing systems, data collection methods, and administrative procedures. Basic understanding of office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines. Effective communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
