Job Description

Job Description A top oil and gas company is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their Learning and Development team, in support of the pipeline control center. The work includes configuring a standardized framework across approximately 2,500 procedures in support of migrating data from the legacy ISC Learning Management System to the appropriate system of record. This individual will be responsible for managing the migration and organization of over 2,500 training procedures within ProcedureHub, utilizing standardized templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Entering, formatting, and maintaining training content for Pipeline Control Center controllers, supporting the delivery of critical operational and compliance training programs. Transferring and integrating training materials into procedure documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and accessibility for end users. Performing quality assurance reviews to verify data accuracy, document integrity, and adherence to established formatting requirements. Collaborating with Learning & Development stakeholders to support the implementation and maintenance of training resources across the organization.
