Job Description

Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk / Dispatch to join its logistics team in McAllen, TX. This position is responsible for accurately entering data, coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers, and supporting daily dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse and transportation environment.
Skills and Experience:
Enter and maintain accurate shipment, transportation, and inventory data. Coordinate and dispatch drivers according to delivery schedules. Monitor shipment status and provide updates as needed. Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers regarding pickups and deliveries. Prepare shipping documents, reports, and dispatch records. Verify information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Answer phone calls and emails related to transportation and logistics operations. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating freight movements. Maintain organized records and documentation.
