Duties Enter, update, and verify data using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized accounting tools like QuickBooks Manage filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring documents are organized and easily retrievable Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records of meetings and deadlines Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before submission or filing Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via email or phone, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing paperwork efficiently Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse client needs Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office etiquette is required Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in administrative support!
