PM Pay Rate:
$19.00•$20.00/hr We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our client's dynamic Sales Support team immediately! What You Will Do Accurately enter and maintain critical sales and customer data across multiple platforms. Manage data across multiple projects simultaneously, assisting more than one customer or team member. Utilize Microsoft Excel daily to manage spreadsheets, utilize VLOOKUPs, and run pivot tables. Actively prioritize your workload, stay highly organized, and take detailed notes on instructions. Communicate effectively with the team and speak up/escalate issues when you need clarification or support.
What We Are Looking For Tech-Savvy & Excel Literate:
Must have comfortable working knowledge of Excel (specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs ). Experience with Oracle is a major plus!
Fast Learners & Recent Grads Welcome:
Open to recent college graduates, former interns, or candidates with "choppy" resumes who can demonstrate a strong work ethic, school project experience, and an ability to pick up processes quickly.
Organizational Wizards:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, multitask efficiently, and stay structured in a fast-moving environment.
Soft Skills Matter:
A positive, team-first attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to ask questions when needed.
