Job Description
Our client is in need of a detail-oriented Data Entry specialist to support accurate and timely information processing for a team based in Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining organized records, handling repetitive tasks with consistency, and ensuring data quality across business systems. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to daily operations by keeping essential information current, complete, and easy to access.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of information in company databases and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review records for completeness, correct inconsistencies, and verify details before finalizing entries.
- Organize digital files and documentation so information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality checks to identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect data and resolve issues promptly.
- Work with internal team members to gather required information and clarify unclear or incomplete records.
- Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity expectations while preserving strong attention to detail.
