About This Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary contractor to support a tablet system migration effort. This role is responsible for downloading videograms and photo files from a legacy tablet platform, organizing and saving files accurately, and transferring them into a new tablet system for delivery to inmates.

Key Responsibilities:

Download videograms and photos from the existing tablet system Accurately save, label, and organize files for processing Upload and send content to the appropriate inmate accounts within the new tablet platform Verify data accuracy and ensure successful delivery of all files Follow defined processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

What You'll Need:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills, including file management and data entry Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines Experience with data entry or content migration preferred
